This season's collaboration between COMME des GARÇONS SHIRT and Yui Takada, the Tokyo-born graphic designer, art director, and professor whose unconventional visual language has become known as "anti-design" — a deliberate break from modernist convention often described as the "new ugly." His signature intarsia motif appears across the chest and hem of this medium-gauge knit sweater, rendered in stark black and off-white for a graphic, almost architectural effect. A rounded raw neckline and ribbed cuffs and hem ground the piece, while the loose, relaxed fit keeps it easy to wear.
